Pool Policy
Operating Hours: 9:00 am to 11:30 am
1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Only registered guests are able to use the pool facilities. Glass containers are not allowed inside the pool area. Due to high demand, incoming guests will no longer be allowed to check-in early to use the pool facilities. Departing guests do not have access to the pool facilities after checkout. Please note that the pools are closed from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm daily for maintenance. Thank You for your cooperation.
Pet Policy
Calistoga Village Inn is one of only a few Napa Valley hotels to offers pet friendly rooms. The daily charge is $35 in addition to room charge. A refundable $50 deposit is taken in case of any pet damage. Guests will be charged a $150 fee for taking pets into non-pet friendly rooms. Please contact hotel for more details including information regarding accepted breeds.
Cancellation Policy
48 hour cancellation by 3 pm local time prior to arrival. No-Shows & Cancellations within 48 hour of arrival will incur one night stay plus tax penalty.
Holidays: 30 day cancellation by 3 pm local time prior to arrival. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will incur one night stay plus tax penalty.
Guarantee Policy
A deposit of one night stay plus tax will be charged at time of booking to guarantee reservations.

Spa Package Policy
The hotel does not handle spa scheduling. Upon booking a package, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. A Spa therapist will contact you direct to confirm treatment options and to schedule a time. Packages can be booked up to 72 hours in advance of arrival. Credit card will be charged at time of reservation. Cancellation or modification of the package must be made by 3 pm PST 72 hours prior to arrival otherwise full package amount will be charged to credit card provided. Packages cannot be combined with any other hotel offer or discount. Blackout dates may apply. Additional charge of $10 per adult applied to rooms with more than 2 adults.
